Job Duties:

To greet customers at the first point of contact as soon as the customer approach branch
* |- }) Y9 b+ | M- xTo direct customers to relevant Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Tellers desk or answer customers simple enquiries if CSR/Teller is occupied

To provide excellent service to customers through introducing appropriate banking services by understanding customer needs

To provide assistance in queue management and branch merchandizing display

Senior of undergraduate or second year of post-graduate

Good understanding of banking products and service

Good spoken and written English
